DEKA GRIT is a high intensity workout that will strengthen your cardio and muscular endurance. This class is designed for people who want a fast paced, challenging workout. All are welcome. Each session will be small group (up to 20 people) and will last 60 minutes. Please arrive at least 5 minutes early to start warming up. Drop-in Fee: Non-Member $35. Bronze Membership $20.
